The Melbourne Football Club has made two changes for Saturday afternoon's clash with traditional rivals Collingwood, with the inclusions of Colin Sylvia and Stefan Martin.

Sylvia and Martin come into the team for Simon Buckley, who will miss with a groin injury, and Colin Garland, who is unavailable due to a foot injury.

Young forward Matthew Bate will play his 50th game for the Demons.

The last time these two teams met was back on the Queen's Birthday round of 2008, when Collingwood ran out victors by 21 points.
