MELBOURNE will open its NAB Challenge campaign against the Brisbane Lions at Visy Park on Saturday.

The match time has been revised to 12pm (local time).

The Demons are out of the NAB Cup following last Thursday night’s loss to Essendon at Etihad Stadium.

Melbourne will play two NAB Challenge matches before the premiership season starts.

The Dees play their first home-and-away match against Sydney Swans at the MCG on Sunday, March 27.

The pre-season fixture for the weekend of March 4-5 is as follows:

2011 Melbourne Football Club members and AFL members receive free general admission to the game upon presentation of their 2011 membership card (subject to availability).
