JADE Rawlings has named Corey Stockdale as the VFL King Gee Trademark Player of the week for round 13.

Stockdale made his presence known in the win over North Melbourne, recording 21 disposals and eight tackles in wet conditions.

Rawlings spoke highly of Stockdale’s versatility.

“Corey has played the last three games as our 23^rd player. He has a great appetite to learn and is one of our hardest trainers,” Rawlings said.

He has brought high intensity to the team and has played in a variety of roles – forward, wing, inside-mid and back.

“He is winning the respect of teammates, and coaches, for his work ethic, willingness to listen, attack on the ball and his spirit.”

Stockdale will receive a $150 King Gee voucher for his performance.
