MELBOURNE is calling on the red and blue faithful to donate towards its Debt Demolition campaign this Sunday, when the Demons host the Sydney Swans at the MCG.

Already $92,000 has been raised, but the Demons need $675,000 more to wipe off its debt and the club has called on its supporters to dig deep.

President Jim Stynes has called on 50 members who will volunteer as Debt Demoltion money collectors at the game.

In round 15 against Essendon, Stynes and fellow director Russel Howcroft visited the Hassett Room at half-time, only to find several members hand over cash towards Debt Demolition.

As we try to eliminate our debt once and for all, we need all Melbourne supporters to reach out and give generously all over the MCG.
