THE Melbourne Football Club has unveiled its TVC for this year’s Queen’s Birthday game, which will air on Foxtel in the lead up to the annual Monday blockbuster.
Featuring footage of Melbourne-Collingwood games spanning eight decades, the video provides a snapshot of one of the game’s oldest rivalries.
On the Queen’s Birthday every year, all paths lead to the ‘G, and the red and blue army will no doubt be out in force following the Demons’ ice breaking win over the Bombers.
For Melbourne supporters, the day will once again kick off with the annualWalk to the ‘G from Federation Square.
Last year 76,000 attended the Queen’s Birthday game, and supporters are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets.
