ON Tuesday, the entire playing list visited several primary schools in the City of Casey.

The Demons visited 25 schools, conducting clinics and delivering the Read like a Demon program.

Players discussed the importance of reading and how it related to their daily life.

The players also read ‘Night of the Clown’, which is the latest student-published story in the Read like a Demon book series.

Students reviewed the book and completed comprehensive questions about the book.

Teachers and students were thrilled to have the Melbourne players visit.

“The players who came to St Agatha's did a wonderful job speaking about the program, engaging the children in the reading activity and generally interacting with them,” Damian Mitchell from St Agatha’s Primary School said.

“The children enjoyed the session immensely and it is a real credit to all the players.”
