Gysberts back for first match of season
Melbourne has lost forward/ruckman Stef Martin with a foot injury and has included six players in its squad for Sunday’s clash against Gold Coast Suns at the MC
Gysberts, who has played 18 matches after debuting in 2010, has had an injury interrupted season, due to ankle and jaw injuries.
The Demons have also recalled utility Cale Morton, who has not played since round 11 against Collingwood in the Queen’s Birthday clash. He has played eight matches this year.
Tough nut Luke Tapscott, who played for Casey against Frankston last Saturday after missing rounds 16 and 17 with a groin injury, also returns.
Mature rookie James Magner, versatile tall Jack Fitzpatrick and defender Josh Tynan are the emergencies.
Magner has played 15 matches this season, and Fitzpatrick and Tynan have made one appearance each in 2012.
