COLIN Sylvia has accepted a two-match penalty and Aaron Davey has taken the one week offered by the match review panel for incidents occurring in last Sunday’s loss to Richmond at the MCG.

And Jordie McKenzie has accepted a $900 sanction, after the three Demons took the early pleas given by the match review panel.

It means Sylvia will now miss the rest of the 2011 season, while Davey will be eligible to play in round 24 against Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval.

McKenzie is eligible to play this Sunday against Gold Coast at the MCG.

Sylvia was charged with a level three striking offence against Richmond’s Jayden Post.

The MRP said Sylvia’s previous poor record meant his two match sanction had to remain at two matches even with an early plea.

Davey was charged with a level three striking offence against Richmond’s Mitch Morton in the second quarter.

McKenzie was charged with a level one offence for wrestling with Richmond’s Jack Riewoldt during the first quarter.
