THIS month saw one of our longest supporting Demons reach a milestone - her 100th birthday. Alice Gare of Camberwell celebrated the momentous occasion in style with her family and friends at her home, Tanderra Uniting Aged Care.

Another long standing Demon, David Neitz, helped celebrate Alice’s birthday by signing a guernsey adorned with the number 100.

Neitz said, “Alice has been such a great supporter of the Club over the years. It’s an honour to be a part of her 100th birthday celebrations.”

We look forward to sharing many more birthdays with Alice in the years to come.
