MATCH DETAILS
MELBOURNE V SYDNEY
Date: Sunday 2 April
Time: 3:20pm (AEDT)
Location: MCG | Wurundjeri
SUNDAY AFTERNOON BLOCKBUSTER
Melbourne are back at the 'G this Sunday in a huge clash against the top-of-the-table Swans.
Sydney have made a strong start to their season recording two big wins in their first two matches, while the Demons are looking to come out firing after last Friday nights loss to Brisbane.
The four-time Keith ‘Bluey’ Truscott medallist, Clayton Oliver, will be playing his 150th game this Sunday.
ROUND FOR REACH
Melbourne will be shining a light on youth mental health this week, hosting its annual 'Round for Reach' at the MCG.
The dedicated charity match will see the Demons hero The Reach Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation co-founded by the late Jim Stynes in 1994, and recognise its important work in empowering young Australians.
This year’s campaign will call into focus the preventative nature of Reach’s work and encourage the football community to Kick Start Change.
Reach’s 100% youth-led and designed workshops aim to give young Australians the tools to navigate life’s challenges, in turn minimising the likelihood of developing mental ill-health.
TICKETING
Fans are encouraged to get down to Melbourne’s spiritual home of the MCG from 2pm, when gates open, before the first bounce at 3:20pm. Tickets to the game can be found here.
