FOR THE REMAINDER of the 2022 season, Melbourne’s AFLW side will be fashioning a new look in its pre-game warm-up.

As of Round 2, the Demons will be wearing an Indigenous warm-up jumper designed by Wurundjeri Dja Dja Wurrung artist, Ky-ya Nicholson Ward.

In Season 6, the Dees had Krstel Petrevski’s design as their clash strip, but in Season 7, they will be representing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture every week.

The AFLW’s Indigenous Round kicks off next week, where the Demons will be referred to as the Narrm Football Club.
