VFL: Demons travel to the kennel to take on the Dogs
Our VFL side heads to Whitten Oval to take on Footscray in round 18 of the Smithy's VFL. The Bulldogs are only two games out of the top eight in 14th position. With a big win last week over Sandringham, and Box Hill in recent weeks, they will be a tough opponent on their home ground.
A big game for the boys to win! The action starts at 2:05 pm, Saturday 23rd July.

Getting to Whitten Oval
PARKING
The precinct car parks will be open free of charge. However, please note that the car parks are limited and make sure you check signage around if you park in the street.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Train - Whitten Oval is a short stroll from West Footscray station - on the Sunbury/Watergardens line.
Tram - By tram from the city, catch the #57 West Maribyrnong service. The #57 links at Maribyrnong Road with the #82, which passes within a block of the ground.
Bus - 409; Yarraville – Footscray, 410; Sunshine – Footscray, 411; Laverton Railway Station - Altona Meadows – Altona – Footscray (via Millers Road), 412; Altona Meadows – Altona – Footscray (via Mills Street), 414; Laverton South – Laverton - Footscray.

One gate will be open for the public from 1:00 pm onwards, GATE 13, On the Latrobe Terrace side of the ground.
