VFLW: Casey continues to make history
Our VFLW side continues to achieve new heights, making their very first VFLW Preliminary Final. Our girls cashed in their second chance at the Grand Final after last week's loss to Essendon.
Despite the loss, the group is very proud of their achievement, in reaching the Preliminary Final, and is certainly aware a spot in this year's Grand Final is not going to be just handed to them.
This week our Demons take on the Southern Saints, who have recently found form defeating Geelong and Hawthorn over the last two weeks.
The only time both sides met this season was back in round six, where we thrashed them to the tune of 89 points! Needless to say, it won’t be that easy going this time around.
Make sure you get to ETU Stadium (North Port Oval - Port Melbourne) Sunday afternoon to support the girls in their quest to make the ground final!
The action starts at 04:05 pm, Sunday 26th June, and gates will open from 03:00 pm.

Our VFL team are on the road to the Gold Coast to take on the Suns in our Round 14 match of the Smithy’s VFL.
It will be the club's first trip interstate since the newly formed VFL competition commenced last year. The Gold Coast Suns have hit a purple patch, winning their last two against Collingwood and GWS, and would love nothing more to put a stop to Casey’s unbeaten run.
With the AFL being played on Thursday night, it will certainly be a very strong Casey outfit heading up to take on the Suns.
The action starts at 1:35 pm, Saturday 25th June, and gates will open from 12:30 pm for any Casey fans up north, or you can catch them on the AFL app.
