MELBOURNE has made no changes to its starting 22 ahead of its Round 18 match against Hawthorn on Saturday afternoon.
Coach Simon Goodwin confirmed on Wednesday that Melbourne’s highly discussed forward structure would remain the same for the clash with the Hawks.
"We'll certainly commit to that again this week," Goodwin said.
"There were some really positive signs in terms of how it operated.
"I thought Tom McDonald, Luke Jackson and Browny worked well together but it was a combination of that, along with our method."
Tom Sparrow, who was the unused medical sub last week, will be an emergency alongside Aaron vandenBerg, Jake Melksham and Joel Smith.
Melbourne will continue its special partnership with the Breast Cancer Network Australia on Saturday with the afternoon game being the annual Pink Lady Match.
The game will be an opportunity for the Demons and Hawks to recognise Australians diagnosed with breast cancer, as well their partners, children, friends, teammates, and colleagues, who are heavily impacted.
BCNA and Melbourne are inviting everyone to help fill the Virtual Pink Lady on the ‘G by buying a virtual place for $25. Fans can leave a message of support and get behind the special cause.
