MELBOURNE has partnered with a former Demon for the 2021 season, welcoming Anthony Ingerson’s company on board as an official partner.

Prats, co-owned by Anthony, is a commercial cleaning and maintenance company and will be the Property Service partner of the club for the upcoming season.

Having played 121 games for Melbourne, ‘Ingo’ said he was thrilled to be able to connect with the Dees once again.

“As a past player, I’m very passionate about the success of the football club,” Ingerson told Melbourne Media.

“My time at Melbourne, and therefore my time in Melbourne, changed my life, and I’m looking forward to my next chapter with the club.

“Being Melbourne’s Property Service partner is something everyone at Prats is very proud of and excited about. I have a very similar feeling to when I first walked into the changerooms at the Junction Oval, all those years ago.”

Melbourne Football Club CEO Gary Pert said it was great to be able to welcome Ingerson back as a Commercial Partner of the club, and that the connection with past players is an important one for the club.

“It’s fantastic to see past players of our club remain involved and the business that Anthony and his business partners have created is such an appropriate one considering our needs to keep workplaces clean and safe in a COVID normal environment”.

“I know Anthony is a passionate member of the Past Players Association and Foundation Heroes group – we believe this a great partnership for the club and Prats.”

To celebrate the announcement, Prats is offering its first steam cleaning or window clean (value of $1,000) for free for any new contract it signs through the club.*

In addition, for every dollar spent by Melbourne members through Prats, 5% will be donated back to the Demons to assist with their high-performance program.

Operating for 13 years, Prats services over 1,400 locations across metropolitan and regional Australia, and is defined by its company values of trust, loyalty and integrity.
