Tom Scully will miss Sunday’s clash with Hawthorn with a knee injury, after he failed to make it through Friday’s training session.

The young midfielder copped a knock to the knee in last weekend’s win over Port Adelaide and is one of two omissions for Round 18, along with Cale Morton.

Added to the final 22 are experienced duo Matthew Bate and Lynden Dunn, both having earned a recall with impressive form for the Casey Scorpions.

Joining Scully on the sidelines this weekend will be Clint Bartram and Michael Evans, who both pulled up lame at training despite being named in the extended squad on Thursday night.

Matthew Warnock, Max Gawn and Jamie Bennell have been added to the squad as emergencies.
