MELBOURNE will launch its Proud to Give major auction next month, with close to 100 quality items up for grabs.
The initiative, which is part of the Demons’ Proud to Belong, Proud to Give fundraising program, will kick off on Tuesday 1 December and run for two weeks.
All funds raised by the auction will address the financial impact that the COVID-19 crisis has had on the club.
From once-in-a-lifetime experiences to sporting memorabilia, the Dees have made sure to cater for everyone’s needs.
Highlights of the unique activities include a Port Phillip Bay fishing charter with Steven May and James Harmes, brunch with Garry Lyon and Mike Sheahan for six guests, and a round of golf for two alongside Angus Brayshaw and Michael Hibberd.
A surfboard signed by Mick Fanning, a Brad Hodge players’ edition cricket bat and Marcus Harris’ match-worn Ashes shirt are also among the items set to be popular with fans.
With the auction wrapping up in mid-December, it’s a great opportunity to secure some limited and exclusive offerings, for yourself or your loved ones this Christmas.
The auction will go live on Melbourne’s digital channels at 12pm on December 1, and finish at 12pm on Monday 14 December.
