MELBOURNE’S final game of the 2020 home-and-away season has been confirmed, with the AFL revealing details of the Round 18 fixture.

The Demons will do battle with Essendon on Saturday 19^th September, with the clash to be played at Metricon Stadium.

It is scheduled to start at 2.10pm and will be shown live on Fox Footy.

Melbourne will be coming off a seven-day break, having taken on GWS in Round 17 at the Gabba. The Bombers will head in with the same rest, after playing Port Adelaide in South Australia on the Saturday prior.
