BRAD Miller will play for Casey in the second qualifying final against North Ballarat this Sunday, instead of playing a farewell match for Melbourne against North Melbourne at the MCG on the same day.

Miller was given the opportunity to play his 134th - and final - match for the Demons, but has opted to remain with the Scorpions.

The 27-year-old felt it was in the club’s best interests to remain with the side, where he has played most of the season.

He has played six matches for Melbourne this season, which included a career-best five-goal haul against Port Adelaide in Darwin.

But the key forward has been a key contributor for the Scorpions in 2010.

Miller has played 13 matches and booted 36 goals for Casey this year.

This included a stunning 10-goal performance against Gold Coast earlier this month.
Miller and Daniel Bell were informed on Monday they would not be contracted with the club in 2011.
