From rounds 16 to 18, Sylvia gained eight votes: two against Fremantle and a couple of three voters against Sydney Swans and Brisbane Lions.
Green, who won Melbourne’s best and fairest this year, also gained two best-on-grounds against Richmond (round four) and Essendon (round 15).
Outgoing captain James McDonald and 2010 All-Australian Mark Jamar polled five votes each.
