MELBOURNE will play Fremantle in its opening NAB Challenge match at Fremantle Oval on Thursday, March 5 next year.
It will be the first of three NAB Challenge matches for the Demons.
The first match will be played at 4.10pm WST (7.10pm EDT).
Melbourne’s second clash will take place on Saturday, March 14 at Eureka Stadium (Ballarat) against the Western Bulldogs at 4.10pm.
The Demons will finish their NAB Challenge campaign on Friday, March 20 at Etihad Stadium, playing Essendon at 5.50pm.
The NAB Challenge starts on Thursday, February 26 when Hawthorn and Collingwood play at Aurora Stadium in Hobart.
The series will conclude with three matches played across the country on Sunday, March 22.
The premiership season fixture will be announced on Thursday this week.
Note: Melbourne's 2015 members will be able to attend its three NAB Challenge matches for free.
