The swimming carnival was an initiative of David Misson who used it as an alternative to their usual running schedule.
Rohan Bail said, “All the boys have done a fair few events each, it’s been fun. Ricky Petterd was the captain of our team but unfortunately we got disqualified in the final race.
Wattsy, Mitchy Clark and the big Russian were on the winning team with a few of the other boys.
The pre-season program has been extremely solid and hard on the body but it’s exactly what we need and it’s how we’re going to improve as a team, so it’s perfect.”
Also on display other than their swimming skills, were a range of tattoos and interesting bather choices.
