TOM MCDONALD’S dominant display against Carlton has earned him top votes in the Round 16 AFL Coaches Association Award.
The Melbourne forward received a perfect 10 votes from the coaches in his side’s five-point win at the MCG, finishing with six goals, 20 disposals and nine marks.
Midfielder James Harmes was awarded five votes for his one goal and 27-disposal effort, while Clayton Oliver (four votes) and Bayley Fritsch (three votes) were recognised for their 26-disposal games.
Defender Sam Frost also received one vote for the red and blue, while Carlton’s Jack Silvagni (five votes) and Samuel Walsh (two votes) rounded out those judged best afield.
