The Demons will enter round 20 with the same line-up as last weekend
MELBOURNE will enter Sunday’s clash against Hawthorn at the MCG with an unchanged line-up, after naming Brad Miller, Cale Morton and Matthew Warnock as its emergencies.
The Demons finalised their team on Friday, naming Jordie McKenzie, Nathan Jones, Jack Trengove and Paul Johnson on the interchange.
On Thursday night, the Demons added Miller, Morton and Warnock to their squad.
But after three successive wins, the Dees opted to keep the same 22 from their win over Richmond last round.
Miller was right in contention after an outstanding 10-goal display for Casey against Gold Coast last Saturday.
But another tall forward Lynden Dunn booted a career-best five goals against the Tigers last round, making selection tough for the Melbourne match committee.
Miller, 27, who was an emergency against Richmond last round, has made just six appearances from his 133 games this year.
He played in the opening round this year against Hawthorn, but did not return until round nine, when he kicked a career-best five goals against Port Adelaide in Darwin.
The key forward remained in the side until round 13 against Adelaide, but has not played for the Demons since.
The versatile Morton has featured in eight games this year, after missing much of the first half of the season with a knee injury, suffered in the NAB Challenge.
Defender Warnock has not played since round 13 against Adelaide, but has been on the cusp in recent weeks.
The Demons will be aiming to win four in a row for the first time under Dean Bailey.
Melbourne is also looking to end a five-match losing streak against Hawthorn, dating back to round eight, 2006.

Melbourne recruiting boss Jason Taylor says the Dees will simply take the best available talent with the club's No.5 and No.9 picks at this week’s Telstra AFL Draft, regardless of the type of player they are.
