MELBOURNE young gun Christian Petracca could finally make his much-anticipated AFL debut after being named in the Demons' extended squad to face struggling Richmond on Anzac Day eve at the MCG.

Petracca has been dominating in the VFL in recent weeks after overcoming a broken toe, sustained while playing basketball when he was on the comeback trail from a knee reconstruction.

The incident earned the wrath of coach Paul Roos and despite Petracca's stellar form, the 2014 No.2 draft pick wasn't expected to debut until at least round six.

Small forward Jeff Garlett and Bernie Vince are also among the Dees' squad inclusions, while the Tigers could take a gamble on star Brett Deledio's fitness after naming him in their 25 for the must-win clash on Sunday night.

West Coast
and the Sydney Swans have been bolstered by key inclusions for their SCG blockbuster, with Eagles stars Matt Priddis and Sharrod Wellingham returning and Swans recruit Callum Sinclair set to face his ex-teammates for the first time.

Sinclair is back for a pivotal battle against former Eagles ruck partner Nic Naitanui after being withdrawn before the Swans' epic 10-point loss to Adelaide last week due to an infected foot.

Wellingham will play his first game this year after a lingering knee injury, while Brownlow medallist Priddis has overcome a sore groin which kept him from the Eagles' thumping of Richmond.

Meanwhile, Brisbane Lions captain Tom Rockliff and concussed ruckman Stefan Martin have both passed fitness tests ahead of Saturday night's tough assignment against the Western Bulldogs.

Easton Wood (hamstring) and forward Tory Dickson (quad) are back for the Bulldogs, but high-priced forward Tom Boyd (shoulder) and Jason Johannisen (hamstring tendon) are among four changes.

Star forward Jeremy Cameron is ready to be unleashed by Greater Western Sydney after a four-game suspension, while Port Adelaide has axed hard-runner Jared Polec after a dismal loss to the Giants.

Collingwood has kept faith with under pressure forward Travis Cloke, including him in the 25-man squad for the Anzac Day clash with Essendon, while American giant Mason Cox is named in the 18 at full-forward and is set to make his debut.

Hawthorn
has recalled Josh Gibson (hamstring tightness) to combat Adelaide's powerful forward line at the MCG on Friday night and brought speedy wingman Bradley Hill (wrist) straight back without any VFL match conditioning. Angus Litherland and Dan Howe have been dropped.

The Crows, who have lost six in a row to the Hawks, have replaced young gun Wayne Milera (quad) with another goalsneak, Charlie Cameron.

Swans co-captain Kieren Jack has been cleared to play after a head knock against the Crows and will be a key player in the crucial midfield battle on the Swans' cramped home ground.

Sinclair, who arrived from West Coast in a straight swap for Lewis Jetta, has come in for Toby Nankervis, with Dean Towers making way for George Hewett.

Seeking a first win at the SCG since 1999, West Coast welcomes back Priddis, Wellingham (knee) and big man Fraser McInnes, with Scott Lycett (suspended), Jackson Nelson and Mark Hutchings omitted.

Gold Coast ruckman Dan Currie will get the chance to prove a point to North Melbourne when he faces his former club for the first time in Saturday's twilight game.

Currie, who has taken Tom Nicholls' spot, was let go by the Roos after four games in three seasons at Arden St and has a huge job curbing North star Todd Goldstein.

He is one of five changes for the Suns after their loss to the Lions, with Jarrad Grant, Trent McKenzie, Luke Russell and Peter Wright coming in for Dion Prestia (illness), Steven May (suspended), Ryan Davis (rested), Keegan Brooksby (omitted) and Nicholls.

The Kangaroos are unchanged from their 31-point win over Fremantle.

Buoyed by their QClash win over Gold Coast, the Brisbane Lions have received another boost with skipper Tom Rockliff and ruckman Stefan Martin both proving their fitness to take on the Western Bulldogs on Saturday night.

Rockliff is back after two games out battling a calf issue, replacing Sam Mayes, while Martin has recovered from a huge hit that cost Suns defender Steven May five weeks at the AFL Tribunal.

Likely captain Easton Wood is back for the Bulldogs alongside sharpshooter Dickson, who is in for his first game this year after adductor and quad trouble.

Bailey Dale and big man Tom Campbell have also been called up, with Joel Hamling axed and Toby McLean rested.

Geelong has made three changes after its scrappy win over Essendon, naming veteran defender Corey Enright (managed), Shane Kersten (calf) and Lincoln McCarthy (rested) to face Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval.

Recruit Lachie Henderson (managed), Jordan Murdoch and Darcy Lang (omitted) go out of the side.

The under-the-pump Power have chopped speedster Jared Polec and Brendon Ah Chee, bringing in Paul Stewart and Cam O'Shea after their 86-point hammering from Greater Western Sydney.

The Giants could hand a debut to gun academy product Jacob Hopper and have also added small forward Devon Smith and Nick Haynes, alongside spearhead Jeremy Cameron, to their extended squad.

Adam Tomlinson is the only player to make way so far from the side that belted the Power by 86 points ahead of Sunday's enticing clash with St Kilda.

The Saints have named Jimmy Webster, Luke Dunstan, Billy Longer and Tim Membrey, with Eli Templeton (omitted) the only out so far.

Meanwhile, the Tigers are facing a tough call whether to bring back Deledio from a quad complaint on Sunday night against Melbourne.

Richmond has won just three of 15 games without Deledio since 2008 and are desperate to bounce back from three-straight losses.

Ruckman Ivan Maric will definitely return, while Anthony Miles, Steve Morris and Jake Batchelor are also into the squad, with Andrew Moore omitted and Nick Vlastuin out with a leg issue.

The Dees have added Col Garland and Alex Neal-Bullen alongside Petracca, Vince and Garlett, with youngster Clayton Oliver rested and Matt Jones out with soreness.

After booting five goals in the VFL, maligned forward Liam Jones comes into Carlton's 25-man squad to face Fremantle along with veteran defender Michael Jamison and Simon White.

The Dockers have brought in Darcy Tucker, who is in line for a debut, Zac Clarke and Brady Grey.

Essendon has included Courtenay Dempsey and top-ups Ryan Crowley, Jonathan Simpkin and Sam Grimley for possibly their first Anzac Day matches.

Injured youngster Jayden Laverde (shoulder) makes way in the only change for the Bombers' 25-man squad ahead of Monday's intriguing clash.

Jesse White has paid the price after the Magpies' loss to Melbourne, with Brayden Maynard, Jack Frost and Josh Smith included.
