“This week we play Sandy at their home ground, and again it’s another critical game. From a club point of view, it’s easy not to talk about finals, but the reality is that it’s right in our face. For our AFL and VFL teams, we’re both inside the eight, but every game just counts now. We have an opportunity to win games and possibly finish top four, win games and play finals and finish in the top eight or miss out, so our destiny is really in our hands. It’s about how much we want it and how much we’re prepared to give for it. We’ve got enough talent and we’ve got competitive teams, so we’ve got to keep challenging our players on doing their bit and getting an even performance each week. From there, the results will come, we feel. We’ve got some tough games coming up and Sandy is going to be one them, so it’s another great challenge for us and we’re looking forward to it.” – Justin Plapp
