Match Preview:
Our boys are out to make it three consecutive away wins on the trot to start the season when we face Richmond on Sunday at the Swinburne Centre. It's a big game for the club as we look to avenge last season's semi-final defeat to the Tigers.

The Demons secured their second win after fighting extremely hard to overcome a three-goal deficit midway through the third term, to win by 16 points against Werribee. It was a gutsy effort from the club and a win that will boost the morale of the playing group. Our opponents, Richmond cruised to victory in round one against Port Melbourne and will be fresh off the bye for this week’s semi-final rematch.

Richmond ended our season last year after a tight semi-final saw our late comeback fall short by 27 points at North Port Oval. The Tigers also defeated us in Round 12 with our last win against them coming in Round 13, 2016, in which we secured a thrilling two-point win at Punt Road.

Last week we tamed the Tigers and we will be looking to do the same again on Sunday with the game kicking off at 2pm.
