PLAYERS TO WATCH

Alyssia Pisano
New to AFLW in 2024, the young draftee has hit the ground running in her role for Melbourne. The exciting small forward boasts plenty of talent including dangerous goal sense, quick skills and poise under pressure. With an impressive first pre-season under her belt, is a career debut on the cards for Pisano in 2024?

Shelley Heath
Heath, who is heading into her seventh AFLW season, has continued to go from strength to strength with each year in the competition. The tenacious defender is known for her power in the contest and never-give-up attitude when faced with any challenge. Having put up PB's on the track, there's no stopping what Heath can push her game to in 30 days' time.

Sarah Lampard
Lampard’s 2023 season was cut short due to a wrist injury, making her time in 2024 all the more important. The versatile Demon now has a ninth pre-season of full fitness locked away and with a new role of responsibility in the team’s leadership group, she is one to look out for come August 31.
