FORWARD line development coach Paul Satterley reviews the Melbourne-listed players who played in Casey’s 47-point win against Coburg at Casey Fields on Saturday

Rohan Bail: Rohan played on the wing and was effective with his use of the ball. He offered plenty of unrewarded run and worked hard defensively. Rohan finished with 15 disposals, five inside 50s and kicked one goal.
Dom Barry: Dom played one of his better senior games and utilised his speed. He was much more composed with the ball in hand. He only had 11 disposals from the wing however he was far more effective in his execution.
Troy Davis: Troy was solid in defence and circumstances allowed us to play him up forward for most of the second half. Troy presented well to the ball, led with speed and played a hand in a couple of goals.
Max Gawn: Max was really effective in the ruck. He had 32 hit outs and provided the midfielders with first possession at most stoppages.
Tom Gillies: Tom defended well despite giving away a height advantage to his opponents. His speed at times enabled him to get in some really offensive positions and he finished with 18 disposals.
Jesse Hogan: Jesse played a standout game. His one grab marking and work rate was very good. He had 21 disposals, 11 marks and six inside 50s, plus he kicked 4.3, which was an excellent reward for effort.
Neville Jetta: Nev started extremely well and really set the tone for the side with his defensive efforts and attack on the ball. He had 13 disposals, six tackles and kicked a goal, which was a solid contribution.
James Magner: Jimmy led the way with Tom Couch out of the side. His clearance work was very good and he linked up well with Max Gawn. His second quarter was excellent and he helped ensure the side had a big half-time lead. He had 24 possessions, seven tackles and four inside 50s, which was a good performance.
James Sellar: James spent time in the forward line and ruck. His use of the ball and work to get into space was really good. He had 22 disposals, six marks and 16 hit outs, which was a significant contribution towards the side's win.
James Strauss: James played wing and half-back. He utilised his speed and used the ball well. His 19 possessions were mostly effective.
Luke Tapscott: Luke led the team in the defensive indicator efforts. He had seven tackles, 10 disposals and kicked a goal. His aggressive tackling ensured the ball stayed inside our forward 50.
Josh Tynan: Josh played a solid game. He is winning more of the ball and continuing to tackle hard. He had 21 possessions and seven tackles, which was a good contribution.

Nathan Stark: Nathan sustained an injury before half-time and until that point was playing well.
Maia Westrupp: Maia is working really hard as a defender. He is initiating body contact and negating his direct opponent’s influence. This was another positive step in his development.
