MELBOURNE has made a change to its starting side for Sunday’s AFLW game against GWS.

Paxy Paxman will miss the clash at Manuka Oval due to a quad injury, with GM of AFLW Marcus Wagner providing an update on the midfielder.

“Scans have shown a very minor quad strain for Paxy, which will unfortunately rule her out of this weekend’s game,” Wagner said.

“We are optimistic she will be available in Round 3, but we will see how she responds to training over the coming week.”

Charlotte Wilson will now come into the Dees’ line-up, while Jordi Ivey has been added to the emergency list.

The Demons will face the GIANTS at 5.05pm on Sunday afternoon.
