It was yet again another Petracca masterclass as our No. 5 topped the AFLCA's voting with his third 10-point haul of the year, moving him into a podium place on the overall leaderboard.  

Petracca finished the game with 32 disposals, seven clearances and impacted the scoreboard with a goal, earning him a deserved ten votes.

An impressive defence showing keeping a strong scoring team like Carlton to 46 points is recognised in the voting, with a Demon defensive duo recognised. 

Backman Steven May and Jake Lever rounded up second and third place in the voting, with eight votes for May and five for Lever. 

May earned eight votes with 18 disposals, six intercept possessions and his usual solid leadership from the defensive 50. 

Lever topped the game with 12 intercept possessions dominating the backline whilst also operating at 94.1% disposal efficacy.

Ed Langdon rounded up the rest of the Melbourne votes with four votes after a 25-disposal game with a game high 590 metres gained, and an impressive 15 kilometres game distance covered. 

This round of votes moves Petracca up the leader board to third place, only two votes behind Nick Daicos and Zak Butters.
