MELBOURNE defender Sam Frost is set to be dropped for the Anzac Day Eve clash against Richmond.
AFL.com.au understands the tall defender has lost his place in the side, with Frost spotted doing a tough running session with teammate Joel Smith at Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning.
The defender also spent a fair amount of time in the rehab group at the start of Saturday's main training session.
Frost was brought back into the team in round three against North Melbourne and retained his spot for the following week's clash against Hawthorn.
Jordan Lewis (broken hand) has been ruled out, while Tomas Bugg played in the VFL on Sunday in a sure sign he will also be omitted.
Bugg suffered a leg injury in the second term of the match against Richmond's VFL side and did not return to the field.
Jayden Hunt, Dom Tyson, Harley Balic, Tim Smith, Billy Stretch and Sam Weideman are all in the mix to play against the Tigers on Tuesday night.
Cameron Pedersen booted five goals in the VFL on Sunday but won't be picked to play the Tigers.
Coach Simon Goodwin is scheduled to speak to the media at 12pm on Monday.
