PROJECT Connect is an initiative run by the Melbourne Football Club with the aim of increasing the quality of the contacts on our database to ensure the right people are getting the right information.
Every person who updates or confirms their details during Project Connect will go into the draw to win a $500 Webjet voucher.
How do I update or confirm my details?
An email was sent on Wednesday 31 July to all contacts who have a valid email address with their account ID, password and link to confirm or update their details.
To confirm or update your details follow these steps for your chance to win:
- Log onto Ticketmaster by clicking here and enter your Account ID (membership number) and password. Please call membership on 1300 336 667 or email membership@melbournefc.com.au if you don’t know your log in or didn’t receive the email. We can add your e-mail address to your account over the phone, so that you don’t miss out on any other important information.
- Click on ‘edit my profile’ in top left corner
- If your details are correct, press save or, alternatively, change or update your details then press ‘save’.
Benefits of an accurate database to a member or supporter include:
Ensuring that membership packs and any other mail arrive at your current address
We can contact you directly about your membership
Updates about free ticketing offers and upgrade offers throughout the season
Access to exclusive offers for the Club and sponsors, including free member events and kids’ activities
Being the first to know about merchandise sales and offers in our Shop.
An accurate database also benefits the Club in the followings ways:
Allows us to communicate with members and supporters in a timely and cost effective way
Allows us to attract sponsors
Keeps members and supporters informed of upcoming events, offers and team news
