LAST THURSDAY, Melbourne officially launched its 2022 AFLW season at the Sporting Globe in Richmond.

On the night, all 30 players were presented with their 2022 jumpers, following speeches from CEO Gary Pert, AFLW captain Daisy Pearce and senior coach Mick Stinear.

The six new Demons to join the red and blue this year - Tayla Harris, Olivia Purcell, Eliza West, Tahlia Gillard, Ali Brown and Georgia Campbell - were welcomed with Melbourne's unique and prized ring presentation.

The Demons' season is just 32 days away, with Round 1 taking place on Saturday 8 January. You can join Melbourne's AFLW journey this year by signing up to a 2022 membership here, which gives you access to all home games at Casey Fields.
