The rebounding defender was given an incredible second chance in red and blue when he was signed as a supplemental selection during the 2024 pre-season. Hore was first selected by Melbourne with pick No.56 in the 2018 National Draft, making his AFL debut the following year. The 28-year-old went on to play 14 senior games before a knee injury saw him sidelined for the 2021 campaign and Hore was subsequently delisted at season’s end. The resilient Demon played his way back onto the AFL radar with North Melbourne’s VFL side and Williamstown, earning him back-to-back selection in the VFL Team of the Year. Despite battling injury in 2024, the 190cm journeyman added six AFL games to his tally.
