MELBOURNE is set to face the Western Bulldogs in Round 19 in a top-of-the-table clash, as the AFL confirms fixture changes due to the COVID-19 situation in Victoria.
The Demons were scheduled to play the Gold Coast Suns in Darwin on Saturday 24th July but will now play the Dogs at the MCG.
With the current COVID-19 restrictions for Victoria, it is assumed that no crowds will be permitted for the Saturday night game.
The 7:25pm clash at the MCG will be the second meeting for these sides in 2021, with the Demons claiming a 28-point victory in Round 11.
