UNDER lights for the first time in 2021, Casey's VFLW side will venture to Downer Oval this Saturday for a match-up against Williamstown.

The VFLW match will be Casey's only footy fixture this weekend, following the postponement of the Round 4 VFL fixture between the Demons and Swans.

On a three-match winning streak, the Demons will be looking to further consolidate their spot in the top-six as they aim for a maiden VFLW finals berth.

Their opposition, Williamstown, had a tough ask last weekend against the undefeated Collingwood, going down by 67 points. 

The Demons will have five changes to the line-up this weekend with skipper Sammie Johnson and hard on-baller Kelly Thompson both ruled out with injury. Eliza West, Brenna Tarrant and Gabbie Colvin have all been rested.

In their place, Jackie Parry, Megan Fitzsimon, Nicole Hales and Emma Humphries will return to the side.

The fifth inclusion will be debutant, Grace Matser. Hailing from the Gippsland Power, Matser is a versatile ruck/forward who will look to provide support to Bridie Winbanks.
