CASEY will haveseveral Melbourne players available for its first semi-final clash againstWerribee at North Port Oval on Sunday at 2.10 pm.
General manager offootball operations, Josh Mahoney, said a handful of Demons who played in their20 point loss to the Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium on Sunday were set toreturn to the VFL.
“Due to the completion of the Melbourne footy club’s season, forthis week’s final against Werribee, there will be a number of playersavailable for selection, including - from the weekend’s game -Neville Jetta, James Sellar and Max Gawn,” he told melbournefc.com.au.
“Rohan Bail [is another who] will be available after beingthe carryover emergency for the past couple of weeks.
“James Magner is a chance to return after missing one weekwith a calf injury.”
Casey lost itsfirst qualifying final to Geelong last Friday night at Simonds Stadium by 49points.
