1 - Round 4, 2000 v St Kilda: In just his third AFL match, the then 19-year-old booted four goals in Melbourne’s 90-point win over the Saints. Jeff Farmer also kicked five goals and Russell Robertson bagged four.

2 - Second qualifying final, 2000 v Carlton: To this day, this match remains one of Green’s most memorable among Melbourne supporters. He booted four goals, helping spark a nine-point win after the Demons trailed at each change.

3 - Round 20, 2002 v Western Bulldogs: Green collected 26 disposals in Melbourne’s 12-point win. It was the first time in his career he gained more than 20 touches in a match, with his previous best 18 on two occasions in 2002.

4 - Round 22, 2002 v St Kilda: Green kicked 5.3 from eight scoring shots - the first time in his AFL career he booted five majors. He also earned his inaugural Brownlow Medal votes, gaining two in Melbourne’s 18-point win.

5 - Round 1, 2003 v Hawthorn: Starting the season on a high, Green booted four goals from eight scoring shots, as the Demons defeated the Hawks by one straight kick.

6 - Round 4, 2004 v Port Adelaide: His first 30-plus disposals performance (31) also resulted in his first three-voter from the umpires. Green’s effort helped the Demons to a 53-point win; skipper David Neitz also booted half-a-dozen.

7 - Round 13, 2004 v Essendon: The Demons recorded a 26-point win as Green achieved a new personal-best - and game-high - 32 possessions. He also chipped in with a goal.

8 - Round 14, 2006 v Brisbane Lions: Green was part of Melbourne’s most recent win on the road at a regular non-Victorian venue (not counting the Darwin win this year). He had 30 touches and got two votes in the eight-point win.

9 - Round 10, 2007 v Adelaide: In just Melbourne’s second for the win for the season, Green starred with a career-best 37 disposals, which remains today. He also gained two Brownlow votes in his side’s 17-point win.

10 - Round 14, 2008 v Brisbane Lions: Melbourne’s second win under Dean Bailey came after Green helped himself to 30 touches and three votes from the umpires. It was a top performance in the team’s one-point win.

11 - Round 15, 2010 v Essendon: His second five-goal bag also included 27 disposals, as he shone on the wing and up forward. Green’s outstanding display helped the Demons to a 19-point win.

12 - Round 17, 2010 v Sydney Swans: Green went past the 40-plus goal mark for the first time in his career with his third career-haul of five goals - and his second in three matches. He was significant in Melbourne’s 73-point win.
