With prices set to change at the completion of this round, it’s time to start thinking about trading players: who is likely to lose you money and who is worth getting in? Which players will be cash cows and give your team a boost? And who will be important trades for premium players later down the track.
Remember don’t burn trades just for the sake of it. However, if you can see a player is dramatically going to decrease in value, now is the time to acquire that rookie, who will potentially sky rocket in value after round three.
When it comes to Dream Team, one of the other important factors to consider, when picking your players, is time spent on the ground. You don’t want to pick a player, who is likely to be substituted most weeks or heavily rotated. This will reduce scoring opportunities for your dream team.
In this edition, we look at the top five players for time spent on ground this season, the top five scoring players from round two and potential trade targets for round three.

Potential
Jonsey worked hard against the Hawks and was rewarded with 83 points. After scoring 80 points in round one, he has had a consistent start to the season. If he notches up a good score this round, he has the potential to make you some serious moolah!
Must Have
Luke Tapscott ($97,600)
I said it last week and I’ll say it again, if you don’t have Luke Tapscott in your team then you are letting your side down. This bloke is so hard at the footy it’s enough to scare Chuck Norris! Tapscott was impressive again in round two, scoring 80 points from the backline. This was on top of his 80 in round one. He spends plenty of time on the ground and will continue to rack-up possessions each week. Expect a massive rise in price after round three. Don’t miss out and GET ON BOARD!
Loves the Lions
Colin Sylvia ($399,500)
If history is anything to go by then Col seems set for a big game against the Lions. He has also had a solid start to the year, with scores of 91 and 96. Col enjoys taking on the boys from Brisbane town, after averaging 130 points from two games against the Lions in 2010. He claimed 112 points in round five and 149 in round 18 last year. If you haven’t got him in your side and you’re looking for another premium forward this week, Sylvia could be your man.
