Will Harvey was the envy of all his classmates at Elwood Primary School this week when he won the chance to walk to school with Brad Miller.  To Celebrate ‘Walk to School Day’, Nova radio ran a competition for school children to walk to school with their AFL playing heroes. Will’s sister heard the about the competition and entered Will straight away.

Will who has supported MELBOURNEfc his whole life said, “It was awesome to get to walk to school with Brad”. Will and his friends Aidan and Luke sang an excellent rendition of the Club theme song which aired on Hughsey and Kate’s Breakfast show while they walked to school.

Brad and the boys talked footy the whole way to school and then spent some time playing kick to kick in the playground before the bell rang.  Friday 2 May is ‘Walk to School Day’ around Victoria.
