JEREMY Howe has received his second Mark of the Year nomination in 2013 for his sensational grab in the Round 4 clash against GWS at the MCG.

“How does he do it?” could be heard all over the MCG when Howe leapt on the back of GWS player Toby Greene to take the mark.
