Ticketing
Memberships can be used to gain access to the game. If you’re an unrenewed member who received their card in the mail, visit a membership tent to activate the card. If you’re a new member and sign up at the ground, you will receive a ticket to gain entry.

Alternatively, you can pre-purchase your tickets through Ticketek.

Memberships
Membership marquees will be located inside and outside Gate 2 and outside Gates 3 and 5 from 11.00am. Membership sales, game day enquiries and scarf collection will be available at all marquees. Supporters are encouraged to arrive early to avoid match day queues.

Demon Shop
The Demon Shop will be open from 10.30am to 30 minutes after the game has finished. The shop is located at Entrance E on Brunton Avenue. All 2016 members receive a 10% discount off any full-priced merchandise.

AFL Playground
The AFL Playground will be open from 90 minutes before the game outside Gate 6 at the MCG. The AFL Playground is full of free activities. Look out for our mascots, Checker and Chuck, in the playground before the game.

MCG Security
Fans are urged to allow additional time to enter the stadium this weekend with new security measures – including 100 per cent bag checks and random, continuous hand-held metal detection of patrons before entry – being put into place for AFL matches.

Checks will take place at stadium entry gates and bag-free lanes will continue to operate. People are encouraged to plan their journey to arrive earlier than normal to ensure they don’t miss the first bounce, and to avoid bringing a bag unless necessary. Click here for more information.
