MELBOURNE has confirmed that Liam Jurrah had minor surgery on his wrist this week.
This surgery will not affect Liam’s pre-season campaign.
He is expected to be back training with the main group in mid January.
Jurrah, who has played 35 matches since 2009, topped Melbourne’s goalkicking in 2011 with 40 goals.
Note: Due to his surgery, Jurrah will not appear at the Demon Shop at the MCG on Saturday, December 16. Jamie Bennell will be his replacement.
