Melbourne Forward David Neitz will miss Friday nights clash against Richmond after undergoing minor surgery to repair an injured finger.

Neitz sustained the finger injury during last weeks 13 point win over Collingwood on Queens Birthday.

Neitz will resume training next week and is hopeful of playing in Melbourne’s Round 13 match against Essendon at the Telstra Dome on Friday 29 June.
