IN THE final match of the VFL home and away season, Jay Lockhart has been named as Casey's best listed player.
Lockhart had 23 disposals and kicked a goal in the loss to Williamstown.
Coach Jade Rawlings said Lockhart played a team-first game on Saturday.
"Jay once again displayed his willingness to compete and try and change the momentum of the game," Rawlings said.
"He was very good as an inside mid and was able to play forward and create many scoring shots for the team.
"Jay also continues to put his body on the line whenever the situation requires it."
Lockhart will receive a $150 King Gee voucher for his performance.
