CHRISTIAN Petracca says he simply loves playing for the Melbourne Football Club.
Petracca couldn’t speak highly enough of his passion for the red and blue, when speaking about his time at the club so far, after being the second pick in the 2014 NAB AFL Draft.
“We all love each other and we’re all really good mates,” he said.
“It really helps when you come to work and you know all of your mates.
“We’re all best mates, and you just want to be here.”
Petracca said he had become close with key forward Jesse Hogan and couldn’t wait to play more football with him in the future.
“He’s one of my good mates,” he said.
“I feel as though the last few games we’ve been gelling quite well.
“We’re definitely having a few good wins together and it’s not up to me for him to sign, but I really want him to stay.”
