ALMOST 100 players from nine clubs have been given permission to appear in club practice matches this weekend because of reduced or interrupted pre-seasons.
Among them are Geelong captain Joel Selwood, Fremantle recruit Harley Bennell, Demons midfielder Angus Brayshaw and Richmond forward Ty Vickery, who will play after mysteriously collapsing during a NAB Challenge clash last month.
North Melbourne has been given permission to give 18 players a run, while West Coast has had 17 players approved.
