THE VFL and VFLW fixtures have officially been announced for the 2019 season.
In the VFL, the Casey Demons are set to play nine games at Casey Fields next year, with a total of 18 matches across the 21-round season.
They will have three byes throughout 2019, including a week off prior to the finals series.
The Demons finished second on the VFL ladder in 2018 winning 14 of their 18 games before falling 10 points short of Box Hill in the Grand Final.
Casey will come up against the Hawks in round one for a blockbuster Grand Final rematch at Box Hill City Oval.
In the VFLW, Casey will play 14 matches across the 16-round season, set to have two byes. It will, too, have a week off prior to the finals series.
The women’s side will play seven matches at its home ground of Casey Fields, as well as travel to the Northern Territory to take on the NT Thunder in round 11.
Casey will take on Essendon in round one, in an away game at Windy Hill.
