The action will kick off at 9.30 am, with four twenty minute quarters being played. As well as providing the chance to see how the players have shaped up over the pre-season, memberships and merchandise will also be on sale.
This change has been necessitated by the need for further surface works at Casey Fields, where ongoing drainage issues have caused disruptions to the Club schedule. However, the Club remains committed to the facility, and is working with the City of Casey in order to resolve these obstacles for the long term.
In the meantime, those in the Casey area this weekend are welcome to attend the inaugural Melbourne Football Club Cranbourne Race Day on Sunday, from 11 am at the Cranbourne Turf Club, Grant Street, Cranbourne. The Club will resume training at Casey Fields at a time when the surface is suitable for training and playing.
